New Cashless Pay System at Crestwood Preparatory College

Crestwood Preparatory College is excited to announce a cashless pay system for students and parents. This new system is now in place and allows students to purchase items from the PA store, Mane Essentials. In September, the system will enable students to purchase food from the cafeteria as well. It’s all possible with a swipe of a finger. Parents will also be able to use their fingerprint to purchase items from the school store as well. The biometric information is stored on a secure server, off-site, under bank level security and encryption.

The Cashless School system will allow parents to load money onto their child’s account, place daily spending limits on how the money can be spent, and obtain detailed up-to-the minute reports on what was bought. In the future we will allow parents to pay for other school costs through the Cashless School system (i.e. trips, course/athletic fees, incidental costs, tuition, etc.). Uniform purchases will also be available through the cashless pay system in the near future.
