The CWC welcomes all students. Its goal is to encourage and inspire all members of the school community to develop confidence, precision, and eloquence in their writing. Students of all grade levels have the opportunity to meet with Crestwood English teachers to discuss future steps, upcoming assignments, or to develop a better understanding of a difficult concept.

Visits to the centre are on a drop-in basis between 3:15-4:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays in room 102 (Ms. McFarlane’s room).

Students have access to many services, including:

· Get a one-on-one lesson on that language issue you have always found tricky! (Do you know the difference between continuous and continual?)

· Bring your in-progress assignment for discussion and suggestions!

· Unhappy with your last assignment result? Bring it in and strategize for future success!

· Learn how to put the magic tool of great writers to use for you! (Hint: the magic is revise, revise, and then revise some more)

· Feel like, working with friends, you always end up sidetracked? Bring your friends to the CWC to have a teacher guide your efforts?
